Josh McKinney is the East Tennessee Real Estate Industry Advisor for THDA. He comes from a background of homebuyer education and homeownership counseling; he started his career at a nonprofit housing organization in Johnson City and became one of the nation’s first HUD-certified housing counselors. He is also a pastor in Kingsport, TN and he owns a home in Elizabethton. He’s spoken to thousands about homeownership and ways to make that dream a reality.
