We’re bringing together the spirit of an All-American football game, the excitement of the Super Bowl, and the celebration of America’s 250th birthday for one unforgettable night.

Your mission: Pick a team. Pick a jersey. Show up ready to tailgate(again-indoors)!

Whether you bleed Titans blue, wear orange with pride, cheer for the Dawgs, roll with the Tide, or proudly represent your favorite high school team—we want to see it!

Wear your favorite team jersey and come ready for some friendly rivalry.

There may not be an NFL game on TV that night, but we've got plenty of football spirit planned!

After our wings and things, we’ll celebrate the SMTAR All Stars—the REALTORS® and industry professionals who have gone above and beyond through achievement, education, service, leadership and dedication to our profession.

Awards to be presented:

REALTOR of the Year - Selected based on their REALTOR ®spirit (30%); business accomplishments (30%); his/her service to the local and/or state associations (25%); their service to their community (15%).  (Not awarded based on sales volume.)

Andy Akin Distinguished Service Award - Presented in recognition of dedicated service and outstanding contributions to our Board of REALTORS®. The winner is someone who upholds the code of ethics, shows integrity, has a good working knowledge of real estate, is cooperative with others and always displays a professional image.

NEW! Community HERO Award - Recognizing individuals whose charitable, civic or neighborhood-focused service demonstrates significant personal contributions, meaningful impact, and exemplary role-model qualities.

Pioneer Award - Awarded to someone who demonstrates true leadership qualities and helps to pave the way for all members to enjoy success in our profession.

Career Achievement Award - Given in recognition of superior achievement in real estate and carries a lifetime membership in SMTAR.

Student of the Year Award - Awarded to the member who has completed the most verifiable CE credits for the year.
